Role-Play Rules - There is no chat speak allowed on role-play threads. Common sense there.
- Please use correct spelling and grammar.
- You are only allowed to control your Pokémon's moves. You are not allowed to play the Pokémon itself. This isn't a Pokémon: Mystery Dungeon type of role-play site...
- Your character and his/her Pokémon are not perfect. Your character will not win every battle. Your Pokémon will not land every move/attack. Your Pokémon will get hurt in battle. You won't catch every wild Pokémon you come in contact with. In other words, no godmodding.
- Yes, trainers can keep one Pokémon out [of a Pokéball] at a time when traveling. You are also allowed to let more than one out [of a Pokéball] when you are taking a break from traveling. Keep in mind though, it's risky keeping more than one Pokémon out of it's Pokéball in case of thieves.
- Keep track of what Pokémon you have in your team. I suggest putting your team Pokémon in your signature. Could be a simple icon or banner with your entire team. Be creative.
- Your Pokémon Team will be any Pokémon you catch and choose to be on your team.
- You are allowed to have your character role-play at more than one area at one time in case you're in need of someone to role-play with.
- I don't mind how much you post, but please make it at least a paragraph and/or longer.
- Everyone starts off with 10,000 Pokémon Dollars. Keep track in your Trainer Log of how much PokéDollars you have.

Reasons Why Your Character Isn't Be Accepted This is just so people don't ask why their character wasn't accepted. To avoid your character not being accepted follow these simple rules, please! Don't worry, though. We would like to have as many characters here as possible so we won't throw out your character if it doesn't meet our standards. We will make sure to tell you what to change in order for your character to be accepted. However, if you don't change what we told you to change we will not accept it. - Mary Sue-ish. Not every trainer has a bad past or anything like that. Most just live normal lives...
- Not using a cartoon/anime picture. Sorry, but we don't accept real-life pictures for characters here.
- No credit. I won't accept a character who's artwork for your character isn't credited. It's only fair for the artist.

Rules for Battling You will not win every battle you come across. You may not run away from a trainer battle. It'll be more likely for the more experienced trainer to win, but there are always time when the not-as-experienced trainer will win. When you win the losing trainer will have to give you 500 Pokémon Dollars/PokéDollars. If you lose you have to pay up and head to the Pokémon Center.
Leveling Up? There will be no levels for Pokémon. Pokémon will get stronger through battle experience, but there is no actual leveling up concept.
