Personality: Jay is the usual quiet type. He never usually speaks unless he is spoken to. He is caring, nice, kind, and charming. Even though he is ruefully honest all the time. Jay is the type to believe to give people his exact opinions when they ask him for it. No matter how rude those opinions may be, he would rather be "rude" than lie to them.
Physical Description: Jay stands at the height of 6 feet. Not an inch taller than that, so far. Born of the Blue family, he has their typical stunning blue hair that he likes to keep spiked up. His skin ton is a bit whiter than most people who are white. I wouldn't say pale, it's just a lighter tone. As for clothes, Jay wears an aqua jacket that has gray around the neck (sorta like a turtle neck, but... erm not really. Sorry! I dunno what to call it exactly!), black on the shoulders that connect on the back of his jacket making a big giant 'X' on his back. There is also black on the bottom of the sleeves, as well as the bottom of the jacket, and a gray PokeBall on the front, right side, of his jacket. He wears shorts that end just at his knees. They are mostly gray, but aqua on the lower thigh area, and black on the ends. He also has black straps that connect at the front and make an 'X'. He uses those to attach his PokeBalls with. His shoes are gray, black at the bottom, with aqua laces, and an aqua Pokeball. As for his gloves, they are gray with, on the back of his hands, a square hole exposing his skin. His index and right fingers are exposed, while his other fingers are covered, but with aqua.
History: Jay grew up in a very respected family that grew up at Snowpoint City for many, many generations. In fact, they were one of the first groups of families that made Snowpoint City. He isn't a rich or famous person for that. It's just everyone there knows his family and they are very respected there. As Jay was younger, his parents always pressured him into becoming an ice/water type Pokemon trainer, or maybe even gym leader. They exposed him to many Pokemon of those types. Living in a snowy area all year round, water and ice Pokemon were the only ones he ever saw. Around the age 8, two Trainers from Twinleaf Town traveled through Jay's hometown. Seeing these trainers batteling the wild ice Pokemon there, Jay finally was exposed to Pokemon that wasn't the typical Ice-types they had there. He was shocked. Soon he learned more and more about other types of Pokemon. From that day on he decided that he wanted to travel through as many regions as he could to discover all types of Pokemon that were out there. That dream seemed impossible until his sister, Skye, ended up sick. Though Jay is much older than her, he was determined to help her get better. This would result in Jay having to travel the region in search for a cure. As a promise, Skye wanted for Jay to catch all the different types of Pokemon he came across. She also wanted for him to bring her back a Glaceon.
